I got Bún Bò Huế with nước sâm, and honestly it was really good and totally my vibe.
The broth was flavorful and comforting, not too heavy, super easy to enjoy.
🔥 The satay chili was amazing — spicy, fragrant, and made the bowl even better.
The nước sâm was refreshing and slightly sweet, plus the grass jelly inside was a nice touch.

Overall: tasty, balanced, and very satisfying. Would definitely come back 👍

Pricey, but definitely worth it if you're a fan of snails! All their snail dishes come in small portions but are of excellent quality — well-handled, cooked perfectly, and seasoned just right. The beautifully decorated space gives off a nostalgic old Saigon vibe. So happy to find such a gem in Orlando!
